Peace Walker World Tour - London Details [Update 5]

Hideo Kojima and Yoji Shinkawa are apparently appearing at the UNIQLO store on Oxford Street on June 19th from 11AM – 1PM to sign copies of Peace Walker and exclusive postcards. Take this with a pinch of salt, as I haven't found any official records of this. Details about the event on the 18th are also unknown.

Update: This event was confirmed by UNIQLO on April 8th. You may have noticed that the confirmation was 10 days prior to me posting the news stating I couldn't find an official source. I guess there's a reason that I'm not a professional journalist.

Update 2: The event on the 18th is being held at HMV on Oxford Street, same as MGS4... apparently. However, I can't find any confirmation of this (I know I said that last time, but I've looked extra hard this time… I promise!), or even other sites reporting the news. The article over at MCV says they got the information from Konami but it just seems odd that no one else knows anything.

Update 3: I've just got off the phone with HMV after calling to see what they know about the event. I was told their event database hasn't been updated as far as June 18th, and they haven't been told anything about an event for Peace Walker being held at their store. While this doesn't confirm the event, it doesn't deny it either.
Update 4: I decided to try my luck and phone Konami's UK Offices. I was told the event on June 18th is definitely taking place at HMV on Oxford Street. An official announcement, including event times, will be released nearer to the event.
Update 5: Confirmation of the times for the HMV event have been posted on the HMV Website. The signing will take place between 4PM and 6PM. Entry to the event is open to everyone who gets in the queue. If the queue is too big, people will be turned away. So, make sure to be nearer the front and you should be able to get your HMV exclusive Peace Walker slipcase signed.

The Original Soundtrack for "Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker" is out now! Also available is the "Heavens Divide Maxi Single!" Both are fairly expensive. Otaku.co.uk are asking for £30 for the OST, and £15.99 for the single.

- Snake (Sneaking Suit Version) - due June 2010.
- Snake (Jungle Fatigues Version) - due Summer/Autumn 2010.
- Pupa - due Summer 2010.
- Chrysalis – due Summer 2010.
- Cocoon – due Summer/Autumn 2010.
- Basilisk – due Summer 2010.
Should be available from Square-Enix's Online store, though rumors suggest a Japan only release. Final Fantasy XIII figures from the same "Play Arts" range retail at £29.99.

Kojima is taking Peace Walker around the world, starting in Tokyo on April 29th and finishing in London on June 19th. A visit to Mexico seems to have gone AWOL.
